Paul and Jenni bring together more than 50 years of combined experience in leadership, business, coaching, mentoring, training, ministry, and personal development. Their unique blend of corporate expertise, academic excellence, practical leadership experience, and Kingdom insight creates a powerful foundation for the Kairos Leadership Academy (KLA).

Passionate about helping people discover their true identity and God-given purpose, they are committed to equipping and empowering students to become more of who God created them to be and to demonstrate His Kingdom wherever they live, work, lead, and serve.

Together, they provide a unique combination of wisdom, experience, encouragement, and practical tools designed to help every student grow in confidence, character, leadership, and Kingdom impact.

Jenni Sandford-Nedoszytko

Jenni is an experienced leadership consultant, executive coach, educator, and speaker with more than 20 years of experience developing leaders, teams, and organisations across the UK and internationally.

She holds a Master's Degree in Leadership from Henley Business School and serves as a Lecturer at Henley Business School, where she teaches leadership, personal development, and organisational effectiveness. Her work combines academic insight with extensive real-world experience, enabling her to equip individuals and organisations to achieve meaningful and lasting transformation.

Jenni is a highly regarded international speaker, trainer, spiritual life and business mentor, Master Life Languages™ Communication Coach, CEO of Communication IQ Ltd, and Co-Founder of Be Then Do. Through her coaching, teaching, and consultancy work, she has helped leaders from diverse sectors gain greater clarity, confidence, purpose, and impact.

At the heart of Jenni's work is a passion for helping people discover their true identity, unlock their potential, and lead with authenticity, wisdom, and purpose. She believes that personal transformation is the foundation of effective leadership and lasting influence.

As Co-Founder and Director of the KLA, Jenni is bringing together her passion for leadership development, personal growth, and Kingdom impact — equipping and inspiring individuals to lead with purpose and make a meaningful difference in their spheres of influence.

Jenni is married to Paul, and together they live just outside the beautiful city of Bath in the United Kingdom.

Paul is an experienced business leader, executive coach, mentor, and speaker with more than 30 years of experience working across multinational corporations, SMEs, start-up ventures, churches, and charitable organisations.

Throughout his career, Paul has been passionate about helping individuals, leaders, and organisations unlock their potential, navigate change, and create lasting impact. His unique ability to combine strategic business thinking with personal and leadership development has enabled him to support people from a wide range of backgrounds in achieving both professional success and personal fulfilment.

Paul is an international speaker, trainer, Spiritual Life and Business Coach, Master Life Languages™ Communication Coach, Chief Business Development Officer of Communication IQ Ltd, and Co-Founder of Be Then Do. His work focuses on helping leaders discover greater clarity, purpose, and influence while building healthier organisations, stronger relationships, and more sustainable outcomes.

Driven by a deep conviction that business can be a powerful force for good, Paul is currently developing the Kingdom Business School — an innovative learning community designed for current and aspiring business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders. The school will equip participants with practical strategies, proven business principles, and biblical wisdom to build thriving enterprises that create value, transform lives, strengthen local communities, and reflect Kingdom values in the marketplace.

Paul is also the author of Kings, Priests and Ambassadors — Bringing the Kingdom of God to the Marketplace, a thought-provoking guide that explores how faith, leadership, and business can work together to bring positive transformation to society.
